Being the world’s largest fresh dairy company with over 250 production sites worldwide, our clients are responsible for some of the most beloved dairy brands sitting across supermarket shelves. They currently have an exciting opportunity, for an experienced processing pasteuriser operator to join their team based out of Rowville!


As a processing operator, you will be reporting to the production coordinator and working collaboratively with the team to ensure that products meet the required specifications during mixing, formulation and pasteurisation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Working in the control room, controlling temperatures of tanks and managing release of valves to maintain temperature control
  • Accurately follow and process recipes to create products
  • Lifting flavor bags that weigh up to 25kg and tipping contents into a mixer
  • Formulate dairy products and assist in the development of recipes
  • Maintain a clean environment through sterilisation and sanitisation

Our ideal Candidate:

  • Comfortable with manual handling
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Experience working in dairy manufacturing, specifically with milk
  • An understanding and experience with pasteurisation
  • Certificate I in Food Processing preferred
